KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 9 – Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) today lodged a report at the Brickfields police headquarters in connection with two documents appearing in the website www.pfkz.blogspot.com.
The turnkey contractor for the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) made the report on the documents which it claimed was not included in an audit report commissioned by the Port Klang Authority (PKA) and prepared by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
KDSB deputy chief executive officer Datuk Faizal Abdullah lodged the report at 5pm, against Transport Minister Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat and Port Klang Authority (PKA) chairman Datuk Lee Hwa Beng.
Faizal said since the letters were not listed in the audit report, he assumed they had been hidden, destroyed or not disclosed for improper purposes.
“This may be a conspiracy. In a writ of summons and police report against KDSB, they made it look like the minister had no knowledge at all, about the payment approval for PKFZ, as if we are cheating.
“On the contrary, the two letters prove otherwise. We had not seen the letters in the audit report, nor were they raised in the PKFZ investigation,” he said, adding that there could be other documents which were destroyed or hidden by certain quarters. – Bernama
